Call Centre Operators

Based in Parnell our call centre is easy to get to and near all transport networks. We are looking for business interview superstars. Our day team has a great team spirit. We win a variety of ad hoc market research projects that involve calling business people and are always looking for people who have a professional phone manner and a positive can do attitude. Previous Market Research interviewing experience is not essential because full training is given. Supervisors

From time to time we need extra help supervising our team. If you have previous Market Research supervisory experience call Mary Wignall on 09 631 1732 and ask about on call work . if you do not have market research supervisory experience but have a track record ofteam leading in various industries then give us a call and after some basic training you may be able to able to help us in one of our face to face or call centre teams.

Face to Face Interviewers

This is probably the most varied and challenging work we do. This on call work is ideal for people who like to be out and about talking to members of the general public from all walks of life. The team works on projects all round New Zealand. We interview customers in supermarkets, talk to people on buses and trains about their journeys and recruit a whole range of people to test products. This team can be asked to do anything from interviewing to counting the number of people entering a store.
